The students then asked Mr. Thakur a few questions on a wide range of topics including cricket, politics and the future of India all of which he answered quite optimistically. Responding to queries, he went into details about how BCCI works. In response to the question on what people must do to make India great, Mr. Thakur spoke about the need for the young people to take charge and make things happen. When asked about the challenges he faced for being among the youngest parliamentarians, he responded by saying that there has been an increase in the number of young people stepping into the political arena, and added that future of the nation requires a transgenerational understanding. The session lasted for nearly an hour and left a lasting impression on many students.
