Frisbee Workshop by Ms. Mrinalini Siddhartha

The senior school students had the wonderful opportunity to learn a new sport called Ultimate.

Ultimate (formerly Ultimate Frisbee) is a non-contact team sport played on a field half the width of a football field. Typically there are seven players from each team on the field, with substitutes on the sidelines and one Frisbee for the game. The game involves a fair amount of running, throwing/passing of the disc and scoring within set rules.

This workshop was offered by Ms. Mrinalini Siddhartha who has been playing this sport for over four years. The students thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
