On the 26th and 27th of September, Middle School children visited Salim Ali Center for Ornithology and Natural History (SACON), a national centre for studies of birds and their ecology. Amidst lush natural surroundings, children had an eventful day with Dr. Pramod, observing various kinds of birds and identifying their calls, as well as sighting hundreds of butterflies, and the pug mark of a leopard. The highlight of the day were the outdoor exploration activity, which gave the students insight into the vastness of nature’s diversity.
